So i just got my dell xps 13 9370 today and the fan makes a loud rattling noise when the system is under low to medium load and sitting flat on a table.
Just downloaded and installed new bios 1 4 0 for my xps 15 9500.
I just want to listen to other user s experience.

Folks i decided after enjoying a standard xps 13 that i had last year to spring for the 2 in 1.
After a few updates don t know if it is windows or dell bios update the problem seems to be solved.
It was super easy to get it open and the fan is right there so you can see if something is stuck or if you need a new fan.
Also click the system link to update your bios.
