Delta kitchen faucet no cold water.

I had a shutoff valve which was blocked at least 80 leading to low cold water flow in a delta kitchen faucet. If there s no cold water in the house at all then the shut off valve under each sink becomes less of a possible culprit. Hopefully that will clear the pipes of anything caught inside the faucet.
